We have a robust pipeline of interesting highway management, flood risk management and public realm design projects. As such, we are looking for ambitious graduates to join our dynamic team.
ABOUT THE JOB:
The role would suit a Civil or Environmental Engineering masters graduate or similar, who wants to be involved in interesting and challenging projects, whilst being supported to achieve their professional ambitions.
As a Graduate Engineer you will be exposed to all elements of the business and all stages of projects. If you want, you can specialise straight away in either our Flood Risk, Highway Management or Civil Engineering Design teams. Alternatively, you can gain experience across the teams and specialise down the line.
Unlike in large consultancies, you will get involved in business practice such as business development, client meetings, project management and site supervision early in your career – all essential competencies for chartership. We have training agreements with various professional institutions including the ICE, CIHT and CIWEM. You will be mentored by a Chartered Engineer, and your experience tailored to meet your professional objectives.
Our working environment is honest, supportive and fun. You will be able to develop your technical expertise through learning from senior members of the team as well as your fellow graduates.
Applicants will have a master’s in civil or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent).

SALARY AND PACKAGE:
The salary will be highly competitive. The package includes pension, eligibility for private medical cover and flexible working in our beautiful, airy penthouse office in central Richmond.
We also hold regular social events for the whole team, recently including; golf, track cycling, curling, and go-karting to name a few.
Professional institution membership will also be funded, as will the professional development you require to meet your objectives.
