The role would suit an Engineer with at least one years’ experience working in the highways industry, who wants to work in a fast-moving consultancy environment, progress to chartered status, and be involved in challenging projects.
As a Highways Engineer, your primary focus will be on delivering Asset Management and Highway Design projects within our Highway Management team. Our clients are generally Local Authorities who trust us to deliver projects ranging from developing and overseeing maintenance programmes through to producing business cases to support funding bids. You will be supported to work on varied projects and will be required to be innovative in your approach.
You will be given the opportunity to manage projects and liaise directly with clients. Our senior team will mentor you to achieve your professional objectives, which may include chartership and becoming a Technical Lead or Team Leader.

Applicants will have at least one-years’ experience working within the highways industry and have an interest in asset management. Experience of working with local authorities would be a bonus.

SALARY AND PACKAGE:
The salary will range between £28k and £40k depending on experience and qualifications. The package includes a pension, eligibility for private medical cover and flexible working. Professional institution membership will also be funded, as will the professional development you require to meet your objectives.
You will be based at our light and airy office in central Richmond, South West London.
